What are the system requirements for installing PT Revit?
PT Revit has the following system requirements:
• A computer running 64-bit Microsoft® Windows® 10 or Windows 11.
• Autodesk Revit 2018 or newer.
• Administrative user rights to run the installation.
• Active internet connection (for activation and updates)
INSTALLATION & ACTIVATION
How do I install PT Revit?
After you purchase PT Revit, you will receive an email containing the download link. Alternatively, you can download it directly by visiting https://pomeroytechnology.sg/product/pt-revit/. Once downloaded, simply follow the instructions to complete the installation.
Where can I find my license activation key?
Your product key will be sent to your registered email immediately after purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation email.
How do I activate my product?
After installation, launch Revit, go to PT Revit → About → Account, and enter your product key along with any other required information.
You can find this information in your order confirmation email, which was sent to your registered email address on the day of purchase.
Please note: Activation requires an internet connection.
Can I switch from a trial to a full license without reinstalling?
Yes. You can activate the full version directly within the trial installation by entering your product key — no need to reinstall.
Why is the expiry date of the license different from the download expiry?
The download expiry refers to how long you have to download the installation package.
The license expiry date refers to when your PT Revit license will stop working.
For example:
• Trial license: You can download the installer at any time; however, the license allows you to use PT Revit for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Paid or single-user license: You typically have one year of usage from the date of purchase, regardless of when you downloaded the installation.

Does PT Revit support the latest version of Autodesk
Yes, PT Revit is compatible with Revit 2018 and newer versions. We update our tools regularly to support new releases.
Can I use PT Revit offline?
PT Revit requires an internet connection for activation and updates but works offline for day-to-day use after activation.
How will I know if there’s a new update available for PT Revit?
PT Revit checks for updates automatically at launch. You’ll receive a notification via the “About” icon if a new version is available. You may also check our website for updates.
LICENSING & MANAGEMENT
What type of licenses does PT Revit support?
There are three types of licensing for PT Revit – trial, single and multi-user. Trial licenses offer full functionality for a 30 day period. Single licenses allows users to install the software and the license on a single computer for a one year subscription. Can the license be used on more than one computer?
Single licenses allows users to install the software and the license on a single computer for a one year subscription. If you wish to use the license on a different computer, deactivate PT Revit on your current device, then activate it on the new device using your existing product key. For multi-user and firm-wide licensing, please contact us at info@pomeroyacademy.sg
What happens if my license expires and I want to continue using PT Revit?
Once your license expires, PT Revit features will be disabled. To continue uninterrupted access, simply renew your license by purchasing a new activation key. Your settings and preferences will remain saved — no reinstallation required.
